Winferno -- poor service; still do not have refund
I ordered software from Winferno and quickly decided that it was not what I wanted. I am having a lot of trouble getting what should be a routine refund. First, I had to fax them a document -- extra trouble number one. Now I have been waiting for a month and still do not have a refund.
I called customer service just now and did not get anywhere.
There are so many companies out there. Next time I order from a company I have not heard of, I will check online to determine their reputation.
Even if I eventually get my refund, Winferno has been gathering interest while my money has been in their bank account.
