Winferno has charged credit card many times over the past months for "annual" subscriptions. They are impossible to contact via submitting a "ticket".

It is not possible to fill in the required fields when trying to submit a ticket. My bank is also trying to contact them for payment disputes - no luck. Every month an item appears on my Bank Statement stating that my subscription has successfully been renewed for ANOTHER 12 MONTHS. Stay away from this company and it would appear that many more people are having the same problem.

I have finally found the link that prevents "automatic payments" which I have stopped automatic renewals. Hope this works but again Stay away from a Company that obviously does not want to be contact to fix problems.

Reason of review: Problems with payment.
