I bought McAfee Internet Security from
Winferno on Jan 22. When I tried to install I got an
error message that Norton 2002 was installed on my machine. After 30 days of unsuccessfully trying to clean my machine I went directly to the McAfee site and the install when without a hitch. When I asked for a refund from
Winferno on Feb 22 they read me the "30 day money back guarantee" and refused to credit my account. I couldn't even get their software installed so how do they expect me to evaluate it within the 30 day window?!!

Give me a break- you knew about the 30 day refund period, so you should have contacted the company within that time frame if you were having trouble.
30 days is a VERY long time to resolve an issue of uninstalling Norton.
Sorry, not buying this one.
