Winferno complaint by Saffy

I am trying to speak to a Human being at this company Winferno. But it says Mailbox is full for three days now. I am trying to find another contact phone number other than the 617-357-7000. Does anybody have a way to speak to a Human with this company? I need to get date for a Full refund ...And getting the run around, nothing but red tape...I need to find what date i purchased McAfee tells one date so now i don't know what to do...Please advise if you can? Their emails are very slow to response.
