I see all this bad reviews, I personally never had an issue with Winferno Registry Cleaner. I pay yearly the subscription, works as it is supposed to in all my 3 computers. McAfee sometimes Quarantine Winferno thinking is a bad program, so I just remove from Quarantine and issue solved.I only had to contact them once because my product code was not working, I received a response in about 2 days with a new code that worked. I noticed they are not offering the product anymore or the website is not fully functional as before, may be they are out of business, nevertheless my Winferno program license still good until 2030, companies usually do that when they are not going to be offering the product any longer as it happened with Lavasoft registry cleaner. I don't visit any website that just pops up or websites that are compromised, so I have no issues with virus, may be a lot of people complaining visit websites that are not appropriate and that's when the issues start. Just my opinion and we are all free to give an opinion. I also use Malwarebytes together with McAfee, both make a great protection team.

Multiple annual renewal charges over the last few months.

Winferno has charged credit card many times over the past months for "annual" subscriptions. They are impossible to contact via submitting a "ticket".

It is not possible to fill in the required fields when trying to submit a ticket. My bank is also trying to contact them for payment disputes - no luck. Every month an item appears on my Bank Statement stating that my subscription has successfully been renewed for ANOTHER 12 MONTHS. Stay away from this company and it would appear that many more people are having the same problem.

I have finally found the link that prevents "automatic payments" which I have stopped automatic renewals. Hope this works but again Stay away from a Company that obviously does not want to be contact to fix problems.

Renewed my Registry power cleaner

My registry power cleaner is renewed yearly but this time it did not allow me to get into the product. 4 emails later no reply and still unable to get into their product.

Customer service is zero and won't be renewing this product again. I have now paid for a product that is useless all it would take is for them to issue a fresh key but obviously this is far too much trouble form them. Even a reply advising that they are looking into this would be appreciated.

Obviously another company that takes your money and don't give a *** about the customer. Totally useless.

Same problem here. One difference, I can't submit a ticket.

It's impossible to do so. They say something about the privacy policy; there is no place to check off that I have read it. The links that were provided by FAQ are useless.

They lead me to pages that don't exist. Customer service sucks big time.

This company's website would not process my credit card information after about 10 try's. So I went to another website and bought McAfee somewhere else. Then after 2 weeks they sent me an email and said it did go thru and still charged me. The customer rep was very very rude and didn't want to listen to me, he kept saying I had bought it, which brings me to the conclusion that this company is a BIG rip off and I will never do business with them again!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I will never go to or ever buy anything from Winferno and suggest that no one else does.

I got macfee product from you guy macfee said contact you for refund

I pay for macfee product and real time scanning when off I call macfee to fix it they send me to support team they said it wood be 100.00 dollars or more I said I pay for the product about 3 months ago and I think macfee sure fix the problem not me so the support team from micosoft support fix macfee problem it cost me 79.95 dollars an I call macfee back an they said call you an get a refund for my 79.95 dollars it trun out to be macfee problem I thought I got my product from then but they have said you sold me this product I pissed off i'll be whiting

Winferno/McAfee Protection

In August of 2015 I attempted to purchase and get the download

for the Mcafee computer protection; however, the download was not completed accurately by Winferno and in the next two weeks my computer was completely destroyed by viruses,etc. I then was required to pay McAfee $179.00 to their Techmaster group

to put my computer back into working order. Since that time

my experience with them has been a nightmare. I finally got

Techmaster to refund $107.00 which was better than nothing. I suggest that no-one use this so-called computer protection!!!!!

Don't Buy From Winferno

I purchased a year long antivirus Mcafee All Access 2015 from Winfero. 2 downloads of the 5 did not process. 2 weeks later the ones that were working started prompting that the subscription had expired 5 days after I purchased it even though I got a confirmation number from Winferno and serial numbers and download links. I called Winfero and they told me that the order did not go through. How can they not notify you when that happens? A simple email would have been appreciated. Needless to say I will buy my antivirus direct from Mcafee now. Not happy and will not buy from them again.

WINFERNO - Pulling a fast one on subscribers

My computer just alerted me that Winferno stopped working. And after checking, found that Winferno stopped "supporting" PC Confidentiality, which evidently was part of the Registry Cleaner product.

Currently paid subscription will not work now. They want $40 more to make the product work that I already paid for. I have totally deleted the program and have asked for a refund. I don't really expect to get one, since they pulled this trick without notification.

Anyone looking to purchase the new program had better beware. Evidently they could, and will, pull this trick at any time and not let you know until things stopped functioning.

I have been using IOLO System Mechanic for a couple years.

I was getting sick of getting Malware no matter what I ran. Then I got McAfee and this *** WINFERNO, now it's ten times as bad.

i purchased my mcaffe anti virus software on 31/7/2014 for ยฃ9.99,very reasonable you may think.i got the email with the link to download, this did not work so i phoned the help line no they gave me, spoke to a very helpful chap who said he would transfer me to the technical people that could assist me, next spoke to a very friendly chap who, try as he might could not download it, i was becoming a bit wary and asked him where he was based, he said palm beach, florida, he advised that my computer had serious virus problems and that i should take it to pc world or staples, but they might need to keep it for a week. I was a bit concerned because i did not want to be without my computer for this legnth of time, he sais he understood my concern and asked me to hold while he has a word with his supervisor, he came back on the line and said they could do it remotely for me in about 24 hours at a cost of about ยฃ178.00, could almost buy a new pc for that, anyway, by this time i was feeling very wary, to say the least, asked him to confirm that he was a mcafee employee, he of course was not, worked for a company called safe cart, i made a quick escape, however, to add insult to injury, winferno has now debited my account with an additional ยฃ44.99, which i have put a stop on through my bank. so please folks beware, do not go near them.

Winferno software-fake site. paid money for renewal of antivirus but never recieved any email confirmation

I did a google search for renewing my mcafee antivirus and decided to use the 1st search link for renewing the antivirus. I thought I was dealing with Mcafee directly and when I entered my credit card details there was a padlock sign which made me believe that it is a secure site.I never recieved any confirmation or reference number for the transaction and it has been more than 3 days now. I cant understand how a company like Mcafee can join in a partnership with a fake site like winferno software and how come this is coming as the first link when you do a google search

WINFERNO - BOGUS COMPANY???

I PURCHASED THE REGISTRY POWER CLEANER VIA MCAFEE AND THE PRODUCT KEY WAS INVALID. I CONTACTED BOTH MCAFEE AND WINFERNO SEVERAL TIMES TO TRY TO RESOLVE THE ISSUE. EVENTUALLY I WAS SO FED UP I JUST WANTED A REFUND WHICH IS PROMISED WITHIN 30 DAYS IF YOU ARE NOT SATISFIED. MCAFEE SAID I HAD TO GO TO WINFERNO AND VICE VERSA. I TRIED TO GET A HOLD OF WINFERNO ON THE PHONE BUT KET ME TELL YOU - YOU WOULD HAVE MORE LUCK TRYING TO REACH THE QUEEN. I AM WRITING IN CAPS AS I AM SO ANGRY AND DO NOT KNOW WHAT TO DO. I THINK IT IS DISGUSTING THAT MCAFEE SELL PRODUCTS ON BEHALF OF THEIR SO CALLED 'PARTNERS' BUT DO NOT TAKE ANY REPONSIBILTY FOR IT - THIS IS GOOD BUSINESS? I THINK NOT!!! WILL NOT BE LETTING THEM GET AWAY WITH THIS!!!

I've been using McAfee security for about 4yrs now without any problems.I saw the winferno cleaner product on the McAfee site and was planning to buying it b'cos I need to address this issue for my PC.But after reading the posting above I'm looking else where for a cleaning products

Winferno software theft of services

I tryed to order 2013 register power clener on the inter net using the winferno directions.I furnised my Email addres my phone number my credit card number. When I had entered the information and tryed to download I could not.I had tryed many times to contact winferno software by phone and Email with no resluts.I know they have my information they devited my account $40 dollars they got the money I goit the shaft.I hope some one reads this information and not make the same mistake that I did. The botom line I got took for $40 dollars.

McAfee Anti Protection

Purchased plan on March 2,2013 via your website. My computer froze up. My niece took me to a computer shop and my computer was repaired on the spot.I'm extremely upset about the treatment I received from your company. I'm within my legal rights to request a full refund of one hundred and forty-nine dollars.I have contacted McAfee corporation to complain against your company an was given a claim number#104680**** if this is not resolved quickly a complaint will be registered with the office of the attorney general and consumer affairs.Please take this into consideration of your unprofessionalism in handling this matter.

Visa Card first announcement of Winferno

In my last Visa statement I was billed on Feb 26/13 $31.80Cdn by Winferno Software Internet in MA for nothing. I never heard of the company until getting this charge on my statement. I never buy software on the internet for fear of being scammed, just like this. I am retired, a pensioner on a very meager pension and I cannot afford this loss. It represents 2 days food for me. The charge is totally invalid because I do not EVER buy software on the net. I am going to report this fraudulent charge to my Visa Fraud and I will do everything possible to reverse the charge

Should have been 19.95 charged 54.95

When I received my card bill, I purchased 1 year for 19.95. Before I contact my card to dispute the charge Mcafee said for me to contact you first. thanks for warning-it says 35 discount&35 rebate which means mail in after the fact-I doubted whether I would get it bec I tradiitonally have problems with mail-in rebates-& usually assume I will have problems. reading comments bec I have to renew Mcafee I looked on line-they say Winferno is a "partner" but couldnt tell me if I get same support system- also Mcaffee installs directly- they give 50% disocunt on 90 if you ask (they dont offer) I dont understand why co like Mcafee or Norton allow these others to mess with their product-

it has taken hours out of my very busy life to get a form for a rebate that i feel i will never get and apparently if i do get a rebate it will be a check with a stop payment on it ! how do people like winferno sleep at night? very dissapointed to read the pissed off consumer reports with so many people upset this company should go to jail i am still trying to get the form for the rebate how ABOUT YOU HOTMAIL IT TO ME THAT WOULD BE GREAT MAY GOD BLESS YOU EACH AND EVERY DAY !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
